Property Exchange deed details

My Father and my Uncle (My father's cousin sister husband) are exchanging property through Exchange deed. Can me and my brother be part of this Exchange deed. The property that comes to my father, can it be registered for three members (my father, my brother and me). Will there be any tax
implications for me and my brother in this regard. The properties exchanged are all most equal in value.
