Hi sir, my father is doing business. How to calculate the income? And how can i know if iam eligible for obc Ncl certificate?

A.Hi,
If a total family income is less than 8 lakh per annum limit, the family is considered to be in non-creamy OBC category. That very family will be getting a certificate of OBC non-creamy layer.
you have to check the income of three consecutive years.

the income will be calculated on yearly basis.
Check your parent's income for the last three consecutive years. If in any of the last 3 years it is below 8 lakhs, you are qualified for OBC Non-creamy layer status. If your parents are earning more than 8 lakhs but their rank is below that of group B officers, you will still come under Non-Creamy Layer.
