How to register property

My partnership construction firm Is holding a flat I am the managing partner, I want to transfer the property on my wife name may I know what deed can be done with least registration charges.
A.Dear Sir,
You may execute sale deed or gift deed in favour of your wife in your personal capacity as well as in the capacity of managing partner of your partnership firm by taking NOC from remaining partners.

A.Hi,
If there is no clause in your MoA and AoA prohibiting transfer of partnership assets, you can execute a gift deed in favour of your wife.
