Friend is asking Money regularly saying reason writing sucide letter in my name

How to resolve this issues i have already loosed 10 Lakhs anybody is there helper to give money this guy..
he told me if not give he will write my name in sucide letter

You can lodge a complaint regarding this and ask for protection incase suicide is committed.

You can talk to your friend first and tell him that you will lodge a complaint if this blackmailing does not stop. If he/she does not listen then file for blackmailing and ask for protection if the person commits suicide, then you were not involved in any way.

you took loan ?

You approach a lawyer who will guide you for protection.
