There were four posts in TSP area and there was no reservation for any female candidate to be given one post in the TSP area of four posts and further results of only three persons were declared on 9 February, 2019. Sub-committees of the Learners' Council said information under RTI that there were no posts for women candidates. The petitioner's nomenclature was placed at number 1 on the reserved list, though he should be in the main list and offer appointment "Whether the matter can be challenged in court was the examination in 2018 and appointment in 2019 will be a timing issue" So I will not come to the writ, I have filed a petition in this case in 2020, was it the right time to go to court?

Yes you can go ahead with the writ petition, even in 2020.
There is no specific time limit within which one must file a writ petition. So you can go ahead with it.
