The rate of tax is different depending on the state you reside in. As, various rulings JCB machinery is considered as a motor vehicle and this is liable to be taxed.

As per various rulings JCB machinery is considered as a motor vehicle and thus is liable to be taxed. However, the rate of tax is different depending on the state you reside in.
