whether we can postpone the 2nd hearing date for mutual divorce (13B)

Court has given the date - 20 June for 2nd hearing of our mutual divorce. As we are out of station, can we postpone this hearing to 25 June or court will give some other date if we didn't appear ?

Dear Sir and Madam,

You can postpone every scheduled date on this earth except your date of date death which is certain. Any way if you absent on that day, request your advocate to take another convenient date.

Yes u can hearing adjourned. Preponing is not permissible but hearing can be adjourned.
