A.Dear Madam,
You can immediately get interim maintenance if you file application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C and then try for mediation to settle the issue and you can save the marriage.

A.Hi,
Claim interim maintenance under S.125 CrPC for the time being. You should also gather proof of your sister in law's and file a complaint against them for cruelty under S.498-A IPC. However, if you want to reconcile with him, he must withdraw his divorce petition before you can attempt mediation.

A.Hi,
Gather proof of your sister in law's actions, it is you who is suffering from cruelty, and not your husband. You should also file for interim maintenance under S.125 of the Criminal Procedure Code. So long as your husband is supporting himself, he has a duty to support you and your child. Your daughter is still a legal heir when it comes to claiming ancestral property.
