If the information given in RTI is in favor of the plaintiff then how many chances are there to win the case.
A.Dear Sir,
One cannot say the chances of winning of any case because facts can be interpreted on either way depending upon the mentality and reasoning power of the judge.

A.cases are decided by evidence.
evidence can be anything so RTI is proper documentary evidence.
All evidence goes into beam balance to decide the case.
