I m Student my boyfriend threated me he needs sexually thinks form me. If I say no.... He threat me. I call ur mom. Nd tell her everything nd uploaded ur pics in social media nd abusing me ..... Plz help me i didn't want stay with him

A.Dear Madam,
You need not worry about it. You may lodge a complaint and request the police to hide your name and register FIR and arrest the boyfriend and he will teach him a lesson and if necessary criminal case will be booked against him and he will sent to the jail.

A.go to nearest police station and filled a case against him its a big crime if he will call by police surely he delete everything so don't worry and go to women cell or sp office of your district -

A.if he is threatening and blackmailing now then what will happen later.
you talk to your parents or relatives or your friends who supports you.
after that lodge complaint at police station.
He will be arrested and learn how to stay away from you.

Section 503 IPC for Blackmailing
Section 292 A for Cyber Blackmailing
Section 499 IPC for Defamation
Section 509 IPC for insulting the modesty of women
Section 507 IPC for Criminal Intimidation
Section 67 of the IT Act for Transmitting Obscene Material Electronically
Section 66 E if the IT Act for Violation of Privacy
Section 67 A of IT Act in case of sexually explicit material
