Dues Pending after Seize of financed Vechile and Sold

One of my friend has taken a loan from Shreeram finance and It is seized to due to non payment of dues and same has been sold by financer. Now recieved a notice to pay more around 14 lacs

Such things being happening because such financiers sold the vehicles at lower rate. Please mediate or lodge complaint.

More information is required to help you, what were the terms and conditions for the loan. Also, was there any paper work after the vehicle got seized. And, what were the proceeds of such sale.

Since your friend did not pay the whole amount, there is a requirement of more details such as, terms and conditions of the loan, the requirements which were fulfilled after vehicle got seized.
