Hi,
We have a property dispute in the state of Bihar. Recently opposition has filed as case using section 107. I am in Delhi and we have receive the notice that we have to be there to get a bail. Could you please help me to understand what exactly need to be done.

A.Dear Sir,
It is a simple criminal (quasi) case filed before Taluka Magistrate. He has no rights to remand you to jail but he can take bond for maintaining peace etc. Please read sections 107 to 111 of Cr.P.C.
