A trade Union was registered to allow the regular employees as well as contract labour to admit as members in their union, where the workmen employed by different employers, different companies, i.e. (i) Principal employer's company employees (ii) Security Services contractor employees (iii) Maintenance Services contractor employees etc. Whether registration of such a Trade Union by the Registrar of Trade Union, is valid, or not ? if it is not legal, under what grounds it is not legal
