A.If you want to give your child in adoption or even who want to take the child in adoption all need to register themselves with all details on CARA which is duly authorised by Govt. Then adopting parents can file petition for adoption in District Court with affidavit of consent of all concerned. After considering pavements and all facts Courts pass Decree anywhere between 45 to 90 days or so. If adoption is in near relatives it becomes easy and less time consuming for all to obtain Adoption Decree. For further details plz contact through Vidhikarya.

A.Hi,
Under Section 35 of the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection Act, parents who are unable to care for their child will need to bring it before the Child Welfare Committee. After looking into the social, economic or other reasons for such surrender and counselling the parents, the Committee will allow them to execute a surrender deed. They are allowed two months within which they may reconsider their decision.
The couple looking to adopt the child will have to meet several criteria to be eligible for adoption, including an age of between 25-50 years and proof of financial stability. After this, they will need to provide several self-attested documents to the adoption agency for proof and verification.
