A.Hi,
In order to transfer the property in your name, you need to submit the legal heir certificate and the death certificate, further, in case, you need to transfer the property in your name, you need to require either gift deed or relinquishment deed from your sister.

A.Hi,
At first you need to acquire legal heir certificate, and then you need to apply for the transfer of property along with the death certificate and legal heir certificate, and then the property would be transferred to the legal heirs. However, you need to get gift deed or relinquishment deed from your sister in case you want the property to be transferred in your name.
