I have sold my bike bajaj pulsar 150cc in Nov/Dec 2010 to 2nd party and after one month 2nd party given the bike in exchange in Ambe Bajaj - Delhi and exchanger sold the bike to another person and now after 10 year i have got two e-challan of Rs. 500/- from RTO-Shimla that means current owner is not transferred the RC and now we have no any documents and also dont know who is riding the bike. please advise.

A.an FIR should be filed and a complain in the RTO to save your civil and criminal liability. then the legal approach to direct them to transfer the RC.

You can opt legally to mandate the ambe motor or the other person to get the RC registered under their name

A.Hi,
File an FIR immediately and complain at the nearest RTO with all the details.

A.Hi,
If you do not transfer the RC you will continue to hold civil and criminal liability of the vehicle. It is best to find the person and get it registered immediately. You can file an FIR and also complain at the nearest RTO.
