Hello,
Urgent !!.
I am looking for legal advice & assistance against my PNB housing loan.
Due to COVIA-19 lockdowns in India, I lost my job & I'm not able to pay my home loan EMI from September 2020 till now, dues of 4 months. But PNB housing declared my loan account NPA even after missing 2 EMI's and right now pressuring me every day with legal threats.
Another problem is PNB housing at Noida 63 branch tricked me into taking a loan from them. I used to reside in the USA from 2014-2019 as a student & worker.
They sanctioned my loan of 46 lakhs with only 11 years of tenure with Rs. 54,000 EMI in 2018. I specifically repeatedly told them that I'm returning to India & I need 30 years of tenure with lower EMI once I return to India & they said " no problem, it will be done". Currently, I'm residing in India, they rejected my request to extend my tenure & also lowering my EMI. They tricked and lied to me.
Every time they are increasing the interest rate.
Right now my EMI is Rs. 57,600 per month as a sole income middle-class family who lives in a 2 bhk apartment with no job in hand.
PNB housing gave us a lot of trouble and they also rejected the COVID-19 loan restructuring scheme as per RBI instruction and declared NPA against Supreme court instructions.
Please I'm seeking a legal lawyer to advise & assist me.
Please kindly contact me.

Sincerely
Trinayan Bora

A.Hi,
Since you have already contacted the bank and they are not agreeing, you may file a complaint in the consumer forum, however, you should first send them legal notice.
