Getting back the security deposit

Hi,
If our lockin period is of 6 months and the contract started from 1st feb, we decide to vacate the flat on rent on 1st july, so should we get back our security deposit fully, if not how much should be deducted, can this be explained?
A.Usually one month rent may taken irrespective of lockin period.

A.You have to pay rent upto lock in period and expiry of notice period whichever is later. Follow terms and condition of your agreement.
