4. When I will go to The Supreme Court.

A.Hi,
The Second Appeal must be filed within 90 days from the date on which the First Appellate Authority decision was actually received by the Appellant or within ninety days after expiry of 45 days of filing of First Appeal in cases where no reply has been received.

A.Hi,
The Second Appeal should be recorded inside 90 days from the date on which the First Appellate Authority judgement was really gotten by the Appellant or inside ninety days after expiry of 45 days of documenting of First Appeal in situations where no answer has been gotten.
