Harassment through Neighbor for extended area

In our locality many of extended area as per area, we lived from past 20 years and there is no issue and no fighting or arguments for this particular extended area because many were do this. Now 2 people are fighting with each other and due to their dispute one of them post complaint online on STF & MCD, from the last 1 year the person post complaint for water, electricity which are totally false, when the concerned team came and checked they found nothing is illegal, my father in law was expired due to this when they heard that our house would be destroyed, now yesterday MCS came and fall down our stairs which is covered on extended area, in my family we have 2 kids, mother in law and me or husband. This tension will did mentally harassment of us. As we don't have any argument of fighting any other but due to this we faced too much of pain. We already met them for this issue that what is the reason behind this but they blackmail us, Please help or give any appropriate solution that what we can do this in case, as our full colony extended but action was taken partially only on us. That family had issues with many people in past, and 1 case has running on them for molestation, due to this they blackmail us and wants that we do pressure on another party to take back case from the family, In between we are screwed. Please help.
