Advocate Zakir Ali from has cheated me

since 1 year Advocate Zakir Ali wasted time , i year back 2 time i have done cheque bounce to file 138 case, he has taken 14 thousand and not filled case, always tell lie, he some or other work he is busy, he doent care for case, u r telling to file case , I asked many advocate they r not ready to file case against other advocate,

A.For any remedy against advocate you can approach consumer forum.

You can file a case against him, if in case he has failed to perform his job.
