My neighbour has opened a gym beside my house for last two years but in recent times they have started playing loud music which is getting unbearable.i have a stroke patient and a cancer survivor in my house..i am also a student who is placing tremendous problems in attending online classes due to loud music.i have informed them but they would apparently lower the sound and next day its all same..

A.Dear Client
You first inform them not to make disturbances, else file a complaint under private nuisance in police station

You can approach the nearest police station and file a complaint for public nuisance against your neighbour.
