A.Dear Clients
As per your inputs your husband is not looking well at you all, claim maintenance from him to lead your life as per law, you can even file divorce petition in court under cruelty

A.Hi,
A case for divorce may be filed, under section 13(i)(a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955
According to Section 13(i) (a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, a mental cruelty is broadly defined as that moment when either party causes mental pain, agony of suffering of such a magnitude that it severs the bond between the wife and husband and as a result of which it becomes impossible for the party who has suffered to live with the other party.
However, if your husband is also ready to give you divorce, you may apply for mutual divorce.

A.Dear Client,
Yes u can file for Divorce and also Domestic Violence case against ur husband. But, better to short out this issue by mediation through elders from both side of ur family.
If not then , go for suit. Your children must be minor, so liability would increase , until you start getting alimony or maintenances by court on petition for. So opt judicially thinking of financial support. You may file Judicial separation too. Thanks
