I am a women who got married a year ago and within 2 months of marriage due to mental torture i came back to my parents house. My husbands family is not returning calls and not replying properly when discussed about MCD. Is there any other way to obtain quicker divorce rather than a contested one? We lived together for only 40days. will going to womens cell work here?

A.MCD is the only the way for quicker divorce. Going to women cell will work here and file a complaint against him and then file maintenance . Only then under pressure he is ready for MCD

A.File a petition for divorce petition by mutual consent if your husband agrees to it .it will y done in 6 months time.
