Agir input business like fertilizder pesticides seeds

1) i am so and so completed b.sc agri and working in private pesticides company, in this situation can i take license in my name for starting retails business of agri input but business monitored by other person on monthly basis salary and i am no connected except license in my name. is there any problem in legally if my employer came to know that so and so shop comes under our company employee name. please give advise.

Hi,
Usually there are no such restrictions, however, it would depend upon your job agreement with the company, it it specifically mentions that it cannot be done, you cannot a new business while being there in the company itself.
