My husband were the ex employee of well known organisation from Pune. Died 3yr back. I claimed for family pension as per industry rules year back. But not any thing respond yet received.
Very first thing I wanted to know about after retirement or resigned benefits should get to the person. And if person is dead what are the benefits available to the widow.
A.Dear Madam,
It is better to consult any local labour leader or lawyer dealing with labour cases or lawyer dealing with service matters.
