Can we approach to Labour commissioner after receiving legal notice from a company on a dispute for the final settlement.

A.Dear Client
As per your inputs, if you are other than Managerial role in the said company, then file a case in labor commission claiming all your settlements

A.Hi,
As long as you do not have a managerial or supervisory role, all other IT professionals fall within the definition of workmen under the Industrial Disputes Act. As such, you can approach the Labour Commissioner to resolve your dispute.

A.Hi,
As long as you do not have a managerial or supervisory role, all other IT professionals fall within the definition of workmen under the Industrial Disputes Act. As such, you can approach the Labour Commissioner to resolve your dispute.
