My mom & dada expired before 2008. We are 3 childrens ( 2 brothers & 1 married sister -expired). Now her son wants equal share in this property. But my sister is already expired then how he can claim for equal share. I want to mention that i had fight with mom on 2001. My mom did NC against me. Now my sisters son is having that copy of NC. On that basis he want share in this property. But i dont want to give. Any solution pls replay.
