Hello my name is Rathna Reddy. I am having a land which is in my name. Not in my father's name. My father has died. I have a Children.

My question is can i sell that land to anyone without my son's signature. Or without his permission as the land is in my name. Please say

A.Hi,
If you are the legal owner of you property and the property is your self-acquired property, you may sell it to anyone.

You may sell your property to anyone, if you are the legal owner of your property.

A.Hi Ratna Reddy garu, Good morning.
You can sell your land to anyone as you wish, but what is the age of your son's. If your son's attained majority so it is mandatory to sign in Sale Agreement.

A.as it is earned property you can sell it for your good only no need to share the info with your children, you can enjoy your earned property
