My friend had taken money for emergency as a loan nd promised to return with interest but still now I have not received single rupee from him not even interest its been month he is telling I vl pay thats it

A.Hi,
You can serve him with legal notice to repay and then file a civil suit for money recovery is he fails to comply.

A.Hi,
The best thing to do is to serve him with legal notice to repay and then file a civil suit for money recovery is he fails to comply with your notice.

A.If you have any evidence of giving him money then issue an legal notice or else ask him to give it in writing, regarding the repayment of money within a time frame or get a PDC if not received till now , And request him to pay the interest immediately.

If you have any valid proof with you that you have given a sum as credit to your friend then issue a notice to him later initiate legal proceedings in court
