Name mismatch on document

My name on 10th certificate is recorded as SINGH RAJEEVKUMAR RAKESH but in my graduation certificate only RAJEEV KUMAR SINGH is given what should I do ? Should I change my name legally as per graduation or make same person affidavit ? For government job document verification ??

A.Hi,
This will not be a major issue so long as you also have other identification proof under the same names. If you wish to change your name, you will need to submit an affidavit in that regard and then publish it in the Gazette and your region's newspapers.
