Non refund as per claim

Had purchased a TV with extended warranty from Flipkart. and a claim was raised and refund initiated. Flipkart and its associated service company Jeeves responded that the refund is done and ticket is closed. However when I shown bank statement that money is not credited and asked about the account number date and in whose name the transaction was credited they are not giving any proof and have stopped responding. National consumer helpline also did not help. The claim amount is very small 14000 so wondering if legal notice makes sense.

You issue a legal notice to them claiming the refund, if not respond then approach consumer forum

You should apporach the consumer court in this case and file for consumer complaint against company.
