Neighbour Parking Issue in front of Ground Floor of a Residential Apartments
3 years ago
Hi Everyone,
I'm a resident of 82-B, Jyoti Apartments, Sector-14 Extn, Rohini, Delhi-110085 which is a 3 side open corner ground floor located at the extreme end of the apartments.
Neighbours continuously park their cars in front of our balcony which hinders the entrance to our home.
On confrontation with one of them them, we were told that it's a free parking space and that we didn't pay for the place outside our apartments and hence they're free to park there.
This has been causing a lot of nuisance for us.
Is there anything I can do legally to overcome this issue ?
A.If they are parking outside, blocking the common pathway then can give a police complaint on public nuisance.

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint in the nearest police station, as, the free parking is hindering entrance to your house and causing nuisance.
