What is going to be the capital of Andhra Pradesh ? The issue is now in the honorable High Court. Please, clarify this on the basis of prevailing laws in India!

While Hyderabad is the capital of its sister state Telangana, Andhra Pradesh has three functional capitals- Visakhapatnam, Kurnool and Amaravati.
