Divorce
I was married in 2017 as per Hindu rituals. After marriage I couldn't live in my in-laws due to some issues and have been living separately for the past 3 years. I am sure that I can't live my life with the same person under same roof again. I want to separate myself from him legally. In what ground can I file divorce. Kindly help me .
A.First try for a mutual divorce, if he does not agree then can file a divorce under cruelty
