I want to sell in an E-Commerce Store, Do I Need to Incorporate a company?
Hello sir,
I want to sell products on Amazon, and other Ecommerce stores.
They just require tax information to get started, GSTIN number.
I have options to start as a Sole properiter, OPC , LLP , Pvt Ltd.
I don't want to invest much amount of money in the beginning because I am new to all these things, and I want to get incorporated after I am a little bit knowledgeable on how to do this business.
However, I came to know about the SPICe act by the government and I have no idea about it.
Also, What worries me is the unlimited liability thing as a sole properiter,
I am really very confused, please help me out.
Should I apply for a GST number as a sole properiter or start an OPC first and then do this?

It is better you consult a chartered accountant or auditor for exact information.
