What should be done in case the husband who have agreed for mutual divorce is delaying the process deliberately? also, Can mutual divorce be filed without going to the court?

Nothing much could be done in such cases, but instead, you can file a divorce petition yourself on the grounds of divorce.

A.Have to file Mutual Divorce only in court. Legally cannot compel husband to speed up the procedure, but instead of mutual divorce wife can file in any other grounds for divorce.
