I want to create a company but not sure if it should be an LLP or a Pvt Ltd?

A.The most important thing you should know that in a LLP you will be personally liable if the things goes wrong and you can also be liable if your partner do something wrong (expections are also there). In case of Pvt Ltd you are not going to be personally liable for things, your company will be liable and you also have the option where if anyone wants to spend in your company they can also do.

It depend upon your requirements.
LLP shall be a body corporate and a legal entity separate from its partners. It will have perpetual succession.
However, A private limited company is a type of organization you can set up to run your business. Company ownership is split into shares owned by shareholders. A company must pay corporation tax out of any profits and can then distribute the remaining profits among shareholders.

LLP means partnership firm and
Pvt Ltd is Private Limited Company it's depends on your business that which one is good for you. Share your business plan so I can suggest you better and help you out accordingly. Further gernal suggest is first you may start with LLP because it is easy and less libility and also less expensive to make and manage LLP if in future your business grow then you may change LLP to Pvt Ltd...
