How to handle DV case when 2 of OPs are residing outside state

My brother's wife has filed a dv case in my home state. She has laccused all family members, where as I and my wife are permanently living in another state for last 15 years. How to deal with this?

A.You just have to file your reply in the court that you have never shared joint house hold with the complainant and are living in some other state and then get your names removed from the case. Its very easy.

A.Hi,
You may apply under section 526, Criminal Procedure Code, the High Court has power to transfer any case from one Court, subordinate to it to another on any of the grounds specified therein. This power of transfer extends to all classes of cases.

A.Hi,
You may file a request motion before the court, for transfer of case, if it suites to both the parties.
