Arvind Parmar- Rate of interest of home loan

I have taken home from state bank of India, in the arrangement letter issued by bank both options of rate of interest(1. Fix rate of option and (2) floating rate of option) shown but bank is is recovering floating rate of interest without my consent and i am paying more rate interest.

A.Hi,
Initially, you may visit the bank officials and ask for clarifications regarding the rate of interest.
