If I sign a property register document what is th binding or responsibility. If any dispute rises will I have t appear in the court. If I signed in the document of my father selling his property (not of his own got from his father) as a witness.

There will be no responsibility on the witness to appear before the Court. It is an option either to appear or not. There cannot be cohesive steps.

A.yes..... as a witness for outers document or it's your father document also shall bind and responsibility defendants
