A.Dear Sir,
You have to file a suit for declaration and if any such Will is produced then you must say that it is a fake and concocted Will.

A.Hi,
If you doubt the legitimacy of your uncle's will, you can have it probated. You can then file a suit for partition or declaration of title.

A.Hi,
You can get the will probated to verify its authenticity. If she herself said the property belonged to your father, your uncle must have a forged will. You can file a suit for partition and declaration of title against him.

A.Your uncle would never reveal the contents and other details of alleged will unless you serve him with the legal notice of partition. Never loose or let loose your possession. In case you don't get satisfactory reply, file suit for partition and stay (injunction).
