About being evicted from my right/property.

Dear Sir/Mam , I would like to inform you that at the age of 57 I am Being evicted from the my rights/property by my husband . I am house wife and I don't have any source of income for my day to day need and medicines . It is very painful situation for me because I am suffering from heart disease, for that I need treatment urgently but due to this situation I am not able to do anything. At last I knocked your door, I would like to say that you people are my last hope ray, which can get me out of this problem and will help me in getting my rights.
