compassionate appointment

Sir, I am working in a Govt. aided college in west bengal as a casual employee appointed by the college Governing body since 1/9/2000.My father was a Group D employee in the said college and he was prematurely retired in his service due to his illness.But I am steel now a casual employee. What can I do for this?

A.What is provision of Compassionate appointment & rules permits you can make a claim as per the service rules & conditions to the designated competent authority and follow up the case. There are no. of cases pending in various High courts,Better to consult a professional Employment & labour and Service matter lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to protect all aspects of the case quickly.
