Regarding OBC NCL

Hi,
There is so much confusion around whether a person falls under OBC NCL or not.
My father is 58 now and he works as class B government employee under Central government. My mother is house wife. So looking for advice if I fall under OBC creamy layer or non creamy layer?

A.Hi,
In 2017, the creamy layer definition was expanded to include any OBC whose family's total annual income exceeds Rs.8,00,000. So your father will form part of the OBC's creamy layer.
