Add Name to Property

My parents currently own a property. The building is suppose to go under redevelopment in next 2-4 months. Registrations have been done for the same.
How can i add my name to that property, with the consent of my parents.
What is Best and cheapest way of doing this

If you can manage, it can be done without any registered document on the consent given by your parents. Try for it otherwise go for and registered deed like gift, release, settlement etc.
