Sir two months ago,out of anger and frustration I wrote obsene word blowjob to a femay friend.Can she file any legal or police complaint against me?

A.Nowadays cyber cell works arbitrarily and if she files a complaint you will land up in trouble defending yourself, though Finally you may get an acquittal

A.Dear sir,
Nothing will happen. You need not worry. Intention must be there. Without mens rea (intention) if you write something to somebody it is not an offense. Any be careful in future. There are people and cyber police who make an issue out such silly things.

A.1. Sending obscene words through social media / internet is the cyber crime offence u/s 67 of Information Technology act.

2. I suggest you to issue legal notice to her for apologizes.
