I am the landlord from chennai rented a house to the tenant in Nov 2013 not giving rent properly and threatening that i will not give your money there were lot of problem with them finally on 15 june 2020 they gave written statement in 100Rs stamp paper they will clear the dues and vacate before 31 dec 2020.I contacted them there is no proper response from them.already i gave police complaint in online Now i decided to apply tenant verification(chennai) in online after applying the necessary person will come and check that time they will be caught .

A.Hi,
You can serve the tenant with notice to vacate and then file a suit for eviction against them. If they are yet to repay you, you can also institute civil money recovery proceedings against them.

A.Hi,
You can serve them with legal notice to vacate and then file a suit for eviction in Court. If they are yet to repay you, then you can also file a civil money recovery suit against them.

A.First send legal notice to your tenant...If he did not give response legal notice after that you can go to court.
