यदि किसी सेन्टर govt व्यक्ति का तलाक का केस कोर्ट में चल रहा है और उसकी पत्नि को गुजर भत्ता मिलता है तो क्या पति की मौत के बाद पेन्शन से भी उसको गुजारा भत्ता मिलता रहेगा जीबन भर

While you can claim maintenance from the pension, his obligation to maintain ceases with his death. You cannot claim maintenance from the pension if he is no longer alive.
