Sir, I have got a legal notice from RBL Bank for payment. The collection executive is calling daily and asking me to settle the amount with 50% wavier. The total due is Rs.90,000 and they are asking to settle Rs.45,000. IF you dont settle, we will issue 2nd legal notice and issue the 3rd legal notice also. For the first notice itself you should hire a lawyer and give the reply and behaving rudly. I said I dont have that much of amount. Kindly give me EMI for atleast 6 months, i can pay like that. But they are forcing to do the settlement, even after saying that i have sent a mail to rbl bank for 6months emi. They are saying the bank will not do anything, you should do settlement orelse we will issue 2nd notice and send you to jail. Arbitration case will be filed against you. I am asking them to give me emi option as i cannot adjust the amount. They are not listening. Yesterday they have sent some people to home and they are asking to repay. They even contact the contacts in my phone and telling them to connect to me or my parents. Kindly give me suggestion please

As per your inputs your banker and collection agents are troubling to repay the EMi, as per RBI norms they shall not trouble you, first you submit your request to extend EMI for some more months, if they do not listen to you, then get police protection

Only you are liable to repay the amount. As such, their actions of contacting your relatives amounts to harassment. You can complain to the police about the same.
Arbitration is a viable option for you to sort out your differences peacefully, there is no such thing as an arbitration case. We advise that you try arbitrating to resolve the issue.

They are not supposed to contact your relatives, this amounts to harassment. You can complain to the police about the same.
You can also request them formally for a restructuring of your repayment plan.
